Living in Marblehead, Tony’s work was inspired by the ocean, sailboats, and the town’s architecture. He was also very drawn to the wood carved horses and figures in traditional carousels found in New England, as well as landscapes inspired by traditional New England subject matter. He also painted abstracts.
